No muscle-aches?

Post by AnHero »

This is probably first "help me" post, so be gentle :)

Hello!
I have a question about muscle aches, I sometimes get them, and at other times I do not and I always workout til i drop, kind of, and I like the feeling of having muscles being all "stiff" and aching, because it feels like the muscles have been worn out and that they're trying to regain muscle-tissue~ I'm not sure of how it really works.
but well, does no aches mean I have not worked-out properly or enough?
would love the whole schminfo about muscle-aches and whats good or bad!

The day after, if I ain't got any muscle-aches, I dont feel content and it sucks :/

Thank you for your reply! :)

as long as the wt is going up each session, that's all that matters....soreness is not an indicator of growth, only damage...you grow with food
