I would definitely do a rotation. Its called circuit training. That way you will train your muscles more evenly and be far better off.

Have a look at some full body circuit programs here:

Hi Barb! I would suggest a full body fitness program. If you have gotten yourself a membership at a gym and are ready to go, then I would start strength training 2-4 days per week and doing cardio such as cycling, rowing, walking or jogging the same number of days as well. I would also suggest that ...

Hey bro, That program doesn't look too bad. Six days a week is pretty hectic but you have a good split so as long as you are not doing too many sets per workout (should be between 18-24 total), you should be fine. program is a little different but when I am strictly training for strength, split usua...

Hey Jason, You might be over working your abs a bit. Like any other muscle group, they need 24-48 hours rest between training sessions. Maybe split them up and train upper and lower one night, mid and obliques the next... I agree with maybe adding some resistance but more importantly adding variatio...

I would not try to shock your delts. Doing a hundred reps of anything is not good for your joints, especially your rotator cuffs. The last thing you want to do is over train your shoulders and injure them and then limit yourself from so many upper body exercises. Try doing heavy sets of dumbbell pre...

The first thing I would say is that you definitely want to add a little variety to your program. You do not want to create muscular imbalances so you need to train your entire body with the same volume and intensity. If you are a beginner you should be using some machines and free weights but also a...
