Hi Jason,
It's good to see you taking the time to improve yourself. Abs however are difficult to get to show, not only do you have to work them out alot but you must have low body fat. Generally with males most excess fat is stored in the stomach area which can cover up your abs.
Try to do some situps on a declined bench and do some knee raises. If you're not sure what knee raises are then feel free to checkout this article
Goodluck!

25 rep sets will only build endurance...u need to do weighted variaitons to build the muscle up to create the ridges it needs for definition...i wood also do rotation work to bring out inginual (not sure if that's the right word) crease (groin crease) and obs...i wood firstly focus on lower abs as they always get neglected...start with doing L Sits on the ground and move to Hanging Leg Raises...make sure though that u feel the lower abs working and not the hip flexors
Hey Jason,
You might be over working your abs a bit. Like any other muscle group, they need 24-48 hours rest between training sessions. Maybe split them up and train upper and lower one night, mid and obliques the next... I agree with maybe adding some resistance but more importantly adding variation. You need to be hitting those muscles differently each time to constantly be shocking them.

Rest and variety. Quality not quantity.
Good luck. Ben
