Workout Help

Post by tsufan »

I am 17 and I weigh 140 pounds. I have been working out at the gym for 2 months. What is a good workout plan for age? What should I be eating. I am new to this and have no clue. Any help would be great!

Hey bro,

There are alot of different programs out there that you could try but even if you just get in your pushups, squats, crunches, pullups and a variety of other body weight execises you can starting building a strong core and base to build on. Do you have access to a gym or any equipment? That will have a big part in your exercise options but at your age you can stick to mostly compound exercises to build mass and strength.

See if any of these programs work for you. A full body program would be ideal to train the body evenly maintaining proper muscular balance.

Good luck. Ben
