Unless you have something like Coeliacs, Whole-wheat Noodles won't be a problem, so you're clearly okay, which is fine. They I would think, are less likely ot effect fat levels in a negative way then regular Noodles, so I don't see a major problem with them. I don't think you did anything wrong wit...
