HELLO ALL! Ok, I have a question. If anyone is familiar with Nicole Coco Austin, Ice T's wife, you know she's very muscular, in a way. For those who can either look at a photo or look at someone and tell exactly what their workout regimen is, what do you think hers is? Lots of weight training, etc? She inspires me to continue to keep hitting up the gym!!
