New kid on the block

Hey everyone. I forgot to post a big what's up to everyone earlier this week and I just wanted to introduce myself. I found this site just by looking around the net and was greatly impressed by the discussions I saw. I'm 33 years old 6'0 181lbs and have been working out off and on since high school....

As an alternative to the pec deck you could also do incline cable flys and regular cable flys. Just imagine your hugging a tree. You'll feel it all in there. Also, have you looked at or tried all of the upper chest exercises listed in the training section of this site? There are plenty of great exer...

At 6'1 210 I would take in more calories than what your saying. You'll be surprised. If you starve your body too much will start to store fat. I'm 6' 180 and I need around 2500 a day to maintain. As a rule find your maintnance intake: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm Then to l...

I only take one (house) key with me when I run in neighborhood. I usually wear it around neck with string or a shoe lace. If I'm at a park or someplace I put them in the glove box then lock the door. I have keyless entry on exploder though.

Lunges baby lunges. One leg at a time. Get a nice right angel on step out and power back up. You want to go out side? Fine! Go to wally world and pick up a pair of 20lb dumbells (go heavier if you have the minerals for it). Go to your local track and lunge those babys all the way around one lap. Do ...

Ahhhhhh yes the first day back pain. I miss that. The best is when you get it hard in the legs and every single step feels like someone is jabbing knives in your hams. Or the day after you do lunges. The next day it feels like someone has beat your butt with a baseball bat! Don't worry it will go aw...

Dude, Swanso is right on it. Go and have that thing looked at! If whatever was popping and hurting I'd have it checked out pronto! There's a difference between suckin it up and hurting it worse.
