Hey everyone. I forgot to post a big what's up to everyone earlier this week and I just wanted to introduce myself. I found this site just by looking around the net and was greatly impressed by the discussions I saw. I'm 33 years old 6'0 181lbs and have been working out off and on since high school. About 4 years ago I messed around with powerlifting but with the birth of son and then daughter all weight training grinded to a hault. Now that I have life in balcance I've been kicking the weights again solid for about 7 months and am in the best condition of life. I'm hoping to make some friends around here that share addiction with self improvement and learn as much as I can about how to improve fitness. I've bumped into a few trainers and mods that have great advice and would like to go ahead and say thanks. It is humbly taken. Anywho, thanks for letting me be part of the community.
