Here is the current workout:
MWF weights day-time: Ab class night, 20min intervial run.
T-Th Ab class and 30min intervial run.
Diet: 1200 to 1500 cal per day.
Stats: 6'1" 210.
I can not get rid of these fat areas on lower back sides. Not so much the oblique area but more side back, I have a 6 pack in front. They have been there for years. Any suggestions?
Well, your cals look a bit low for your size. Certain things can cause you to need a lower calorie intake. However, if you are not eating enough it will actually make it harder for you to lose fat.
At 6'1 210 I would take in more calories than what your saying. You'll be surprised. If you starve your body too much will start to store fat. I'm 6' 180 and I need around 2500 a day to maintain. As a rule find your maintnance intake: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
Then to loose weight take off 500 calories. To gain weight add 500 to your daily intake. Use that as a guide and you'll see results.
