ok i have a problem i think.......ok i wegh about 115 and benching 140-145 and firend weghs 130 and benches the same as me AND WE ARE THE SAME SIZE!? why is that?

having a problem here . when i flex left arm (bicep) looks more cutter and biger than right arm is that normal? and if not can it be fixed?

hello im 16 and im not that strong ive been tryin to workout and i have some routines but not quitte sure if they will work 1 week work on biceps 2nd week work on triceps 3rd week work on shoulders 4th week chest 5th week abs should i do something like this or monday biceps tuesday triceps wednesday...
