ok i have a problem i think.......ok i wegh about 115 and benching 140-145 and firend weghs 130 and benches the same as me AND WE ARE THE SAME SIZE!? why is that? :(

your retarded. you dont have a problem. if your 115lbs and can lift that much, thats great. I weigh 135 and i max out at 145.

no i am not retarded....the doctor said i shouldnt be doing weights i feeel bad cuz he said i might stop growin if i keep on doing weghts cuz i havent grown so im just gonna stick to cardio workouts for a while

how old are you??

you should still bodyweight stuff anyway...search "death by bodyweight" for a good program...it won't stunt yuor groeth but then again nothing will, just wives tails

im 16,well all the time i workout bones hurt the next day, i think i dont get enough nutrition.
