May well be the case it's just genetics, I.E. one Arm is naturally bigger, which will usually be the one you use for most things.

it's probably because you're a lefty, or if you're not then you may just be unbalanced during your arm exerises so you it's possible your left arm is bigger because you lean to the left while doing your arm exercises therfore making the exercise harder for that arm...

maybe you should use a heavier weight for the right arm, but then your rigth arm might become bigger than your left arm (which i'm assuming you don't want). So i don't know if there's any way because like Boss Man said it might just be genetics...

use db's only and whatever reps your weak arm does, only do the same amount for your strong arm even though you'll be able to do more...maybe even add an extra set for weak arm like this:

1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm
1 set for strong arm
1 set for weak arm

make sense??

Dumbbell work might be your best choice as well. Swanso gives a good point there about doing an extra set for the weak Arm, if not, then you might only need to do the same number of sets per Arm.

Possibly if you were doing a lot of Bar, or two handed Cable work, one Arm was dominating, and made the other one lazy, or less productive.

Dumbbell work should force the lazy arm to get with it.
