Re: Best protein shake?
You should try out Shakeology. It is a protein shake meal replacer that is meant for taking after workouts. I find that the chocolate flavor actually taste a lot like hot chocolate so you won't have to worry about that disgusting protein shake flavor, but everyones taste buds are different.

I also have a 7-9 job and going to the gym is not an easy task. So what I am now doing is this video workout program called Focus T25. Each workout is only 25 minutes long and you do them right at home. So I no longer spend money on a gym membership, nor do I drive to the gym anymore. Focus T25 real...

Re: How often you do workout? Do you prefer workout buddies
I like working with a partner because they keep me motivated. However don't choose a friend or partner that would make you feel uncomfortable or laugh at you when you do something funny. So chose wisely. I also try to workout every other day for 45 minutes.

Re: workout plan
You seem to have a pretty even plan listed above. Like others mentioned you really don't need to do some of those workouts every single day, if you are already doing something somewhat similar to it. So I would just suggest getting a little bit more of a variety of exercises. Also are you doing an e...

Have you tried doing the home workout program Focus T25? Each day is only 25 minutes long and you gain muscle, however not too much. I would seriously advise you try it out for a week or so and see how you like it.

If you are looking for a program that is less than 30 minutes there is an amazing one, created by Shaun T. It is called Focus T25. You workout each day for only 25 minutes, follow the simple 5 ingredient meals, and that is it. I personally love this program and have lost more than 40 pounds already....

Re: How do i lose fat and gain overall body strength (and possibly abs)
Have you tried any home workout programs yet? Like Focus T25, which only takes 25 minutes a day to complete. Or there is P90X, which is great for getting ripped in a short amount of time. And then there is Insanity, also an insane program. For you I think I would advise doing the Insanity program. H...

I already do a home workout program called Focus T25 created by Shaun T. Each workout is only 25 minutes, so great for busy at home life. However just recently Beachbody created a system. So you can now just stream all of their workouts. I have already tried it out on a recent hotel trip and loved i...

Re: What Keeps you motivated?
I like to use clothing items. If I have an article of clothing that use to fit me, when I was much smaller, I save it and at the end of every week I try it on. After several weeks it started to slip on, then zip, and finally buttoned. That is what I like to do and it really seemed to help me stay mo...

Re: eating plan
Yes, just like everyone else mentioned you should be eating breakfast, within about 1-2 hours of waking up. I would almost advise that you completely switch you eating schedule (Eat like a King in the morning, and little to nothing at night). This is so that you are not 'hoarding' any of that food f...
