Well, I'm happy to do classes that interest me. Some are intimidating though, like the fit ball class, just b/c i don't feel comfortable w/ it. I'll give it a try..eventually..i would really like to get the hang of one class for now though - the total body workout, which includes a step..it's looks...

I started the Weight Watchers program on 9/16. Unfort I have only lost 4.2(?) including 2 small gains I've had. I just recently started to go to the gym about 2 weeks ago. I am a 23 year old college graduate. I have always had a weight problem but when I did manage to lose the weight, life intervened. This is third and final go around losing weight as God is witness. Wow it sounds like you are doing great! I wish I was in your kind of shape. I hear you on the sweet tooth.. isnt it awful? Espec' since it was just Halloween that hasn't helped! deadlifts - make sure your arms are straight when doin these...i can only imagine pain coming from if they're not push ups - you can elevate your feet on bench, then a ball...then keep raiseing your feet untill your doing handstand push ups...can do with 1 hand on a medicene ball, db etc...db grip ...

if the sl squats are too hard try static split squats which is a luge but on the spot...aim to get back knee to the ground so both knee joints are at a perfect 90 degree angle I am not sure if I will ever be able to do a sl squat...but I plan to keep trying.
