Bowflex

Hello, I recently started a strength training program with the Bowflex. Someone suggested that its only going to burn minimal calories because you only carry your weight? I'm confused.. Its the only strength training i have access to, just would like to know if I'm wasting time or not.

I actually drive for a transit company for handicapped, elderly, etc..so breaks are never a set time..and we aren't supposed to eat on our...

I have posted about this before but I need some help because I'm not sure what I am doing wrong except maybe not eating enough...sometimes I don't have the opportunity to eat 5 meals a day so I am having hard time with this. Thank you so much! The way you broke the calories down will make it more manageable. I dont eat junk late at night Im really concentrating on a clean diet. i will be starting weight lifting as soon as i can dig out bow flex in the garage. You have been so helpful.

Hello. I was wondering if you can answer a couple questions. first I have changed diet to what has been suggested like protein and veggies. I am having a hard time trying to keep calories to 1600..average 1400 to 1500, is body still in starvation mode because I'm under amount of daily calories? also...

I have been doing cardio for at least 7 weeks now. i do intervals of 40 to 50 minutes a day 3 to 5 days a week.
