Hi I am 32 years old and weight is 62 KGs.... I am very lean. I started hitting GYM in the recent past and started working on building musceles attneding 6 days a week. Firstly please advice me is it right to hit gym daily and rest for a day. Secondly Covering three areas of muscles per day is right...
