Suitable Work out routine... Pls help

Hi I am 32 years old and weight is 62 KGs.... I am very lean. I started hitting GYM in the recent past and started working on building musceles attneding 6 days a week. Firstly please advice me is it right to hit gym daily and rest for a day. Secondly Covering three areas of muscles per day is right(eg: chest, biceps. legs a day, shoulder, triceps, forearms back, abdomn a day).
As I am under weight and lean, I want to increase weight muscle mass in the body... Please suggest a workout routine... Thanks in advance for your help and support.

Hi there, Was wondering how tall are you? 6 days per week training is ok as long as you are not to underweight as this might be making things worse :( When building muscle you need to look at several factors- height, weight- body type also what food you consume, how often you train and how you train- these are just a few. What cardio and weight's routine are you doing? sets, reps and are you progressing with your weight routine? By the sound of it if might just be what you're no consuming food wise x
