Hi Ravi,

What sort of workouts are you doing? If you are doing weight training than a progressive increase in weight is the best way to warm up.

This will help your muscles get accumilated to the exercise and the progressive increase in weight.

Here is an example that will explain the warm up process http://www.i-want-abs.com/Correct-Way-T ... aining.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I think what Ravi meant to ask was that, will that help him build lean mass but but lot of mass.

Ravi: If you want to put on mass and lean mass, the best thing would be to put on mass (eat well.. sleep well.. workout with heavy weights for low reps).

Then once you think you have put on enough mass, you need to tone it down by cutting back on diet (dont sarve).. just eat less carb and more protein&fiber.
You need to do more reps with low weight.

Body builders use this technique. But you need to be careful not to put on too much mass and become ugly.

I think you menat Protein and Fat. Fibre is Carbs.

You could cut some Carb, eat more Fat, create an energy deficeit from Carbs, which would be fulfilled by Fat, but if you kept cals around maintenance, you would in effect hopefully shed a bit of Fat whilst perserving muscle.
