it looks like u want to gain weight, so the obvious choice would be a weight gainer, but this is in opinion not the best way to go.. just buy regular gnc whey protein, any flavor u desire, altho id suggest chocolate if u like chocolate at least a little, because most of the other flavors taste gross.

i dont kno about fun but HIIT is when you go in intervals of as fast as you can followed by a slower pace, followed by as fast as you can etc. i usually do a 2 minute warmup then go for 21 minutes of this, 30 second sprint followed by 1 minute of a slower pace and so on and so forth

your doing wayyyy too many reps, you should do a weight heavy enough to push out 15 reps max, this is the best way to gain muscle mass, doing as many sets as your doing at a lighter weight is better for just toning
