20secs all oit intensity than 10secs of low but active intensity x 4mins...you could do it everyday if you want to but alternate hard and easy sessions / exercises
day 1 - track sprinting
day 2 - hitting tire with a sledgehammer
day 3 - burpees
day 4 - skipping
day 5 - outside bike riding
day 6 - tuck jumps
day 7 - off
that being said it won't work by itself...you'll still need wt trainign and a healthy diet
