Hello everyone, Im 16 years old, 6'0' and weigh 155lbs. I was wondering what would be the best exercises for me to gain muscle, would it be less reps, more reps, long workouts, short workouts our full body workouts. Hey everyone, I have a question on bench press max. I hear that if I lift heavy then max would go up overtime. But do i want to do any other tricep workouts at the same time, such as close grip bench or pushups or dips? Also if I do lift heavy how long am i looking at to see improvement. Any advice ...
