Re: GB packer fan? lets talk brett favre hey?

I dont know they have a great team. Even if Brett is old and washed up he still has an arm it will just take him a couple of games to get back in to it.

I dont do up right rows and I do think they are bad for your shoulders, but some people have no problem with them. Doing shrugs is a great way to hit your traps. Hold dumbells at your sides and shrug your shoulders. You could also hold a barbell in front of you with both hands and shrug your shoulde...

Make sure you get plenty of rest. You can burn out easily. If you don't have the proper recovery time you won't be getting any results. Thats very true. Resting is very important in gaining muscle. Though, If you are cycling work outs and only doing the 7 day work out for a couple of weeks it could...

If you are playing line backer you are going to need to be big and fast. If you are playing o-Line then you need to be realy big and quick over fast. You still need to keep your carb and protein intake high. Alot of pastas, chicken, and even tuna. You should also do alot of agility drills to get you...

I am from Dallas and a huge cowboys fan but how could you not like Bret Favre. He is an amazing athlete even at his age. I do think that he should have retierd with the Packers ( secound favorite team). He tried with the jets but you could see as the season went along he got tired and couldnt get th...

I played center for 5 years. The first 3 years I was 200lbs at the begaining of the season then would lose at least 10 pounds by the end. I had to almost double daily calories just to maintain that weight. I then almost trippeld calories to gain 50lbs for senior year. mainly I focused on high carb/p...

resistance bands are great for losing weight. You can do numerous exercises that can target the whole body. You can step on the middle of the band and do bicep curls then go straight into shoulder raises. You could also do squats. If you get a door attachment you can do chest press, over head extens...

Add lower body workouts.

Lunges, Step ups, and Body squats are simple but effective workouts.

Also you should add some back exercises.

10-12 reps are good for fat loss but how many sets do you do?

Try to alternate strength training and cardio on opposite days. when you do cardio try to get atleast 12min but 30 is great. Strength training is a little different. Time is not a major factor you want to make sure you are actually getting a good work out. Full body workouts are great. You should al...

You can always do lunges, step ups, and body squats. You can just use your body weight and still get a good work out.

Try doing preacher curls or concentrated curls to keep from using your back as much.

You could also try to do bent over rows with dumbells. This will target the middle trap and force the left side to work as hard as th right side.

When you work out you should use dumbbells. The DB will help you equal out each side of your body. When you use a barbell your stronger side works harder to lift the weight. This will cause one side to get stronger or in your case get bigger.

Try holding the DBs at your sides and doing shrugs.
