After being unwell & unable to work out for the past 18 months I have put on 20kgs
I have just been given the all clear, diet is good (5 or 6 small meals per day etc) & I’m keen to get back into some resistance training for weight loss.
After reading through this site and a few others I have found some really great tips and advice, however I would love someone to be more specific.
I want to base exercise around a resistance band if possible and am hoping someone can assist me with a rough workout plan?
I’m guessing a full body workout is the way to go?
I am 5’9 and weigh 85kgs. (and bottom heavy if that makes any difference)
Any help is greatly appreciated.

resistance bands are great for losing weight.
You can do numerous exercises that can target the whole body.
You can step on the middle of the band and do bicep curls then go straight into shoulder raises. You could also do squats.
If you get a door attachment you can do chest press, over head extensions, and back flys.
You can always do lunges or step ups with body weight and still get great results.
