You could try slowing your pace and lengthen your distance. If you train outside and thats the only time if affects you, you might need to talk to your doctor about allergies. I got this medicine called singular- and it helps quite a bit. Please keep me informed on what helps you.

CLA stands for Conjugated Linoleic Acid. It is naturally found in beef and is safe. It is pretty much a type of fat that helps burn fat and build muscle. I personally didn't find any gains from it however when I was taking CLA I had a recent visit to the hospital for asthma. So I had to take it easy...

Unless you're training for the tour france or some other kind of extreme triathalon you are way over doing it.
It sounds like Swanso5 knows what S/he is talking about so I won't add anything else.

Well you should always drink water during the workouts. But you can't put a limit on how much. The best way to tell is when your mouth is dry. That is a sign of dehydrating. Also remember that too much water is not healthy. If you drink too much your stomach could start to hurt, you could vomit, or ...

Well that depends on your budget. For cheaper easy muscle builders try; egg whites, tuna, lean turkey and chicken, fat free (yogurt, milk and cheese), lean beef, nuts, and pretty much anything else with protein that is low in sodium, sugar, bad fats, and other pocessed ingredients. Now if you can sp...

Yes it is helpful in both, fitness gains and not getting bored. Although, I would say that switching of the program should take place about every six weeks. When you switch the #of reps/sets it helps to put new kinds of stress on the mucsles.... leading to easier gains and hopefully around any kind ...
