What should I eat for me to build muscle mass but it's still be healthy 

Well that depends on your budget. For cheaper easy muscle builders try; egg whites, tuna, lean turkey and chicken, fat free (yogurt, milk and cheese), lean beef, nuts, and pretty much anything else with protein that is low in sodium, sugar, bad fats, and other pocessed ingredients.
Now if you can spend some money (sometimes a little or a lot) you could try supplements, like soy or whey protein, glutamine, or creatine.
These, of course, are not foods however they can make a big difference in your regimen. BEFORE YOU TRY ANY SUPPLEMENTS TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR, AS THEY COULD INTERACT WITH MEDICAL ISSUES OR MEDICINES!!!!!!!!
