Swimming After Work-Out?
Heart pumping submerged in the water at rest is different than at normal rest. Anybody tries to do this? Of course after a quick shower before jumping the pool. Is there any significance bad or good with this idea? Any comment will be highly appreciated.

I think I did'nt mentioned that I take protein shake as substitute in any meals. I'm still taking 5-6 meals a day. It just happened I need to consume 30 grams of protein per meal. I just taking shakes just to fill what am I missing for protein needs from meals. Also a regular milk drinker for calciu...

i take muscle milk right now but apparently it has a lot of fat, im 5'9" 145lbs and i go to the gym/ workout 6 days a week for like 2 hours a day ... i just finished high school fitness and was 3rd individually in the nation (we do situps, pushups, pullups, jumps, running) is muscle milk reall...
