Is it better to alternate or do both arms at the same time?
Or is there no difference?
When I'm doing Pull/Chin Ups, body tends to swing back and forth. Any way to help me stop swinging?

your using your own momentum to pull yourself up, try and pull yourself up under control not swinging, youll probably not be able to do as much at first when using the proper form, but it will be worth it in the end.
He's right, try to control yourself and focus on the pull not just bringing you self to the bar. Same as doing curls, you can bring some heavy dumbell/barbell fron swinging but no resistance.

For biceps I do both. I work curls (E-Z curl bar) and DB curls (seated).
You have to be careful when using DB curls standing that you don't shorten the range of motion. It is very easy to keep your elbow slightly cocked and it will seem like you are doing the full range of motion. If you do DB work, have a mirror to watch yourself in.
With the E-Z curl bar it is easier to make certain that you have worked the full range. Let your arms fully relax at the bottom of the lift.
I do cable triceps extensions and 1 arm db triceps extensions (seated).
I favor mixing up exercises for best results.

I wouldn't necessarily agree or disagree, on working a weaker muscle more than it's identical twin. It might be beneficial for some people, possibly not others though.
I would suggest preventing laziness in one muscle, or in other words too much depndancy on the other one.
This is easy to do, simply by doing cable exercises one handed. Several reps on one side, switching to the other side for reps. Same with two handed stuff like Bar work, perhaps use DB equivalents.
Doing DB exercises with a tandem motion, (both Arms working simultaneously), increases the intensity, by not allowing either Arm minute rest periods post-rep. For DB Bicep exercises, it's mostly okay, but perhaps not ideal for most Tricep exercises, or things like DB Rows, but definitely for Shoulder ones like DB Presses.
You could do those one Arm at a time for reps, but I think it might promote a slight listing to one side, if you're not careful, whereas having the other DB there, pressing with a tandem motion, counterbalances you.

Re: Arm Exercises
Biceps and triceps? I have tried doing both at the same time but then I noticed reps were becoming less for both. I now do biceps one day and triceps another. It's different for every person though. I mean, no one is the same. If your reps increase then you have no problem but if they decrease when doing both on the same day then separate them.eNGee wrote:Is it better to alternate or do both arms at the same time?

Looking at the question closer (Tired atm) I might of misunderstood the question
