Help arm wrestling question
Have a possible match vs a ex pro arm wrestler in 2-3 weeks. Have never done specific exercises for the sport.
I will keep doing normal workouts and add any additional exercises for this possible match.
As I say don't have long what are the best exercises can I do to help me defeat him?

Why would this happen?
Training hard as ever and eating clean as per usual. body fat in the last month has increased, was 14.4% before now 15.1% all done over a few tests and the average got. Do I face the fact I'm aging (I'm 31) that I have to train even harder than ever and eat cleaner than ever to achieve goals.

def gotta cut back abit on food/supplements though, money isn't the problem, its simply an addiction for me

Re: There are downsides to being very fit.....
I probably wasn't in a good mood when I made post! at the end of the day there are pros and cons to everything you do in life.
I also spend $300 + per week on food and supplements, maybe I should cut back a little

Have come along way from profile pictures. fitness is probably at a peak as to what it has been in life. But this may sound a strange comment but I think, I have taken it too far. Here are some downsides, when you are out and about you tend to operate at a rapid rate in everything you do, because yo...
