Doubt you can find one for that price range.

Either go to a gym, your local park, or buy the makers who make the "perfect push up." I just saw recently a commercial where they have this gadget called the "perfect pull up."

A lot of times, it's all in the technique. One slight change in the way you bench, and your bench goes up.

Or, get shorter arms! That'll help your bench.

First off, congrats on losing all that weight! Now here's the reality check. To get a six pack, you need to have low amounts of BF. For men, it's in the single digits. The best food you can eat to help those abs is protein. You'll help speed up your metabolism.

To burn fat with cardio it's about intensity.

Good luck.

If you want to strengthen the core, then do pilates and yoga.

I've seen many guys who bench and squat the world. But, when they get into the yoga or pilates studio. It's a completely different story.

Yoga and pilates works your stabilizing muscles in your core that other workouts don't.

Good luck.
