Hows it going everyone.
Im sure one of you has advice for me about the last bit of stupid fat I can't kick. Over the past 2 years I went form 245lbs. to 175lbs. Im 5'11" But I have the spare tire that just wont go away. I take advice from tons of people and it's not like im not willing to put in the hard work. Just wondering if anyone has gotten rid that stupid ring of fat that plagues life. I have been working on losing it for about 6mo. now. And have tried a myriad of different things that I give about a month to see some small results but none have really proven anything.

1. What's your diet like? Start by getting more protein in your diet.
2. Are you strength training consistently? To burn fat, cardio is not enough. Also, you'll burn fat easier if you have more muscle.
3. What's your cardio routine like? Don't waste your time with low-intensity exercises to burn fat. You won't get great results. Instead do interval training.
