for workouts and diet there are tons on t-nation diet is all about disipline and how much you want to lose your "muffin top" also learn to cook yourself .I am 16 and eat mabey one meal fixed by mother a day, just buy a big bag of frozen chicken breast and fish and cook those and steam vegt...

you will not gain muscle even with all the lifting you are doing

if you use both hands at the same time your stronger arm will compensate for your weaker arm to get the weight up that is a pretty large imbalance

for cardio i would higlhy recommend hiit it burns fat much faster then steady state cardio

well pasta i started to cook right as i got home and i drank the protein right after workout and its ironic that you say that because the past four days i had eaten oatmeal and a bannana but i decided to mix it up today
