Waterbury method and absent of abs
Ive been doing the waterbury method for about a month now minus alittle of the jogging and i gained 10 pounds which is pretty good im looking better and feeling good about it! but still lacking the nice 6 pack! can see the top one but alittle but i noticed there is only one major exercise supporting the bas which is hanging leg raises. i know that squats deads and like military and lunges that stuff helps stability and builds a solid core but what should i do for definition?
