And I'm not using dumbbells. As for the grip, it's pronated, but I'll try aligning the wrist with the forearm, now that I think of it that could be the problem.

One arm push ups

Hi, I have a question about the one arm push up. Standard push ups have never been a problem, but when it comes to one arm variations, I can only do 5 of them using right arm and none with the left arm.
Does anyone know of any exercises to counter that imbalance between right and left side?
