First of all, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this kinda question, so please move it if it's not in the right place.
I've been having slight pain in left wrist (probably from putting to much stress on it during part of training) so I stopped doing the exercises in which the pain occurred and the pain had gone away.
Butt a few days ago I've been doing incline bench press with 20lbs more than I usually do, reaching what I would call maximum in the incline bench press. After 4 sets of 5 reps I felt a sudden pain in wrist and after the training the pain increased and it's much worse than before.
Can you recommend any tips for strengthening the wrists, or any kind of special warm up?

First are you a girl ? (If yes then I'm REALLY REALLY impress by your bench)
If yes, it happen often to womens compare to guy.
Second, When you bench how do you place you hand ? You should place them that your wrist is aligned (180decree) with your forearms not at 90decree.
If no maybe it's overtraining a certain movements, maybe an injury etc.
Hard to tell,

I would say you need to be holding the Dumbbells, (sounds like you're using those to bench), with a pronated grip, so Knuckles facing behind you.
Your Palms facing each other position, if your doing that, may be causing you you problem, and you might be stressing the some of the Tendons in your Hand, and probably stressing the Wrists as well.
