cookie dough

ok i have a major cookie dough obsession, i USED TO have one at least. now i figured that this could possibly be a cheat snack on an off day or following a workout (which is better?) Im trying to encorporate it 1 or 2 times a week without the guilt trip afterwards 8) I generally make the cookie doug...

ive completely redone all of diet and workouts since last month and now have a new dilemma...which is better for fat loss split workout (3days) weeks or full body workouts (3days) with cardio on odd days? hiit it also added to the end of each workout regardless of the workout

well thanks for both responses i just started taking it because ive been hearing that it aids in both weightloss and absorbtion of carbs...i went recently to GNC and it was only like 4 bucks (with gold card :D ) and so i picked it up another question...since i am taking the lipo6, when should i take...

When should i take....

when exactly should i take a fat burner such as lipo6 and also when should i take chromium picolinate (i take a multivitamin in the morning so i wasnt sure if i should take it here or not)

i just bout some peanut butter (the good healthy kind) and i was wondering if that coupled with a banana on a whole wheat tortilla would be a good snack/mini meal...if so what time should i consume said wrap??

i have a weakness for brownies so i recently decided to buy those 100 calorie packs and i was wondering if it really affected weight loss if i chose to have a pack with a cup of skim milk before bed because i kind of treat it as a mini dessert. if its not when is it a better time to have it.

im 6'3" 168lbs and looking to lose fat and gain lean muscle. this is diet on a typical day which basically means almost everyday that i exercise (5-6days a week) Breakfast (615)- 1cup of healthy wheat cereal and ~1/2-2/3cup of skim milk lunch (1015)- varies most days but usually contains chiken...

well the cereal is from kashi and only has like 9g of sugar so for breakfast i thought that might actually be a benefit and i definitely have no problem skipping a little class to eat haha no problem at all.
