ok i have a major cookie dough obsession, i USED TO have one at least. now i figured that this could possibly be a cheat snack on an off day or following a workout (which is better?) When should i take....
when exactly should i take a fat burner such as lipo6 and also when should i take chromium picolinate (i take a multivitamin in the morning so i wasnt sure if i should take it here or not)
