cookie dough

Post by Paulwall519 »

ok i have a major cookie dough obsession, i USED TO have one at least. now i figured that this could possibly be a cheat snack on an off day or following a workout (which is better?) Im trying to encorporate it 1 or 2 times a week without the guilt trip afterwards 8)

I generally make the cookie dough using about 1/8-1/6 of the original recipe and alter it a bit by using egg whites, wheat flour, brown sugar, and really light butter spread instead of the normal unhealthy ingredients and also elmininate the chocolate chips...does this make a big difference or is it still really bad?

thanks

- get over it mate it's not doing you anygood
- after training ADDING not replacing post trainign meal if you really need to have it
- surely the fact that you have to put in the effort to actually make it is enough not to have it
- white flour = no abs...simple as that

Hey guys, I'm fairly new and am back to posting after a while. I've never heard of this being an obsession. I hope it doesn't get out of control. I could see eating cookies, but not the unbaked dough you prepared. Also, how much are you eating? Are we talking about a cup full, spoonful, or bowlful? In any case, it sounds awful for you. However, I do not know much about it. Based on what I read in your post though, I would cut it out completely. Thats two cents.
