Well today was not a good day...I got a peice of cracker stuck in throat, thought I was going to choke out. Im glad I had folks around that could help out. I went to the house and chilled the rest of the day Im feeling pretty tired and sluggish, think I will enjoy time on the couch

Ive been following swanso's advice about pwo shake and sugary cerial. The question I have is would waxymaize with protein shake be a better choice as far as trying to lose weight?

I have seen those types of scales before, and IMO they are crap if your feet are wet / dry it changes the amounts drastically. I got on the scale it told me I was 216 @ 21% body fat. I just had a caliper test done the week before and it was 17%

When I am doing squats or bench I listen to Ramstien or Disturbed it gets me jacked up. When Im jogging I crank up Korn, its great to keep pace with.
