Hamstrings

Is romanian deadlifting doing enough for hamstrings? After I do them the next few days are sore as, but just checking that should I be doing hamstring curls as well in order to avoid an imbalance with squatting and lunging.

Referring to the first post, the pain is definately warranted. I take more than 3days if not more for deadlift recovery, then again i go the heaviest I can do for 6-8 reps so I need to.
Sore every time I do em, I do stiff leg deadlift and the hammies are very tight the next few days too.

Maybe safe to stay at the 30 degrees. I wouldn't rush too fast into incline if yer shoulders aren't 100%. If i've seen a shoulder injury, incline db press can aggravate it.

Its probably genetic, but I've heard a mate doing more dumbell benching with the grip like a hammer curl, instead of the normal form. Able to bring the dumbells in closer, using more inner chest? Just a thought.

Hmm i'm thinking cardio could be ok for the morning to get the metabolism up for the flight, with the average food you might be eating. Legs the day before could leave you stiff as buggery after sitting on a seat for 12+ hours, if you dont mind that then sweet.

Do a workout with chinups and much heavier weight than ur using for curls, maybe a bar for curling in there, or leave that to another day of t...

I've got some hand grippers that have helped me with deadlift. grip held me back with doing the weight as I couldnt hold it as much as body could push the weight.
