you'll do 3 sessions each week

do these 3 times a week for different exercises each session

posterior chain movement (deadlift variation mostly or squat)
rowing movement
single leg movement
pull up/chin up movement or secondary back exercise

2/week do these:

chest exercise
shoulder exercise
anti rotation/stabilisation core exercise

1/week do these:
tri's
bi's

doesn;lt really matter what days you do what but space them out so that each day has about the same volume overall

Kinda hard to circuit or superset this workout since I only have 1 barbell. Therefore, should I complete the entire 3 sets of an exercice and then go to the next exercice?
