I bought me new digital scales and I don't like it.. they don't last very long
so I am using old one ... they not perfect but I know how much difference they show me

I think it is personal
because I bought different gloves and all of them work for me ( I min they fine but I don't feel comfortable ... I like when I can't even feel them
now I am using GOFit, I think I got them at Dick's sporting goods store

I don't wanna open a new topic but I deffinitely need some advice.
How can I control calories if I eat the same meal that I cook for family, so I don't know exactly how many calories in the meal and I can not figure out how many calories on plate
How you guys doing this?

lucky you I can't stop that is problem

I always eat chocolate or ice cream when I am in a bad mood or just don't feel good and I know it is very bad for diet... sometimes can't even stop eating
