digital scale accuracy

I'm not confident in the accuracy of digital scale. Can anyone offer any constructive advice? Thank you.

The scale is probably ok. I think everyone wonders about how accurate they are because the results vary so much throughout the day. The key is to weigh yourself the same time every day - I prefer and I think it's most accurate first thing in the morning before you eat anything. I've found it's pretty consistent at that time. But it does blow your mind when only a few hours later you can weigh 2 lbs more!!! But that's normal.:)

I bought me new digital scales and I don't like it.. they don't last very long
so I am using old one ... they not perfect but I know how much difference they show me
