About the eating more meals, how should i go about doing it? Should all meals added together equate the same amount i eat per normal or should it be more or less?

I haven't been really taking care of what i eat, but i am starting to. I eat alot of vegetables and rice, mostly low carbs and some high protein food, like chicken meat. Transversus Muscle

When it becomes stronger, does it mean better endurance and holding it longer? Or does it mean that like the rest of the muscles, it becomes hard and that we won't have to hold it in?
