A little help here?

Post by kalzion »

I am a 15 year old , 168cm tall and weighs around 50kg. waist is around 24 inches(the narrowest part of torso, somewhere at the top part of hip bone) and its around 26 inches when its relaxed and 25 inches when i suck gut in. What exercises should i do to get rid of protruding stomach? Do i have it because of weak transversus muscles or do is it because of body fats or any other reasons? Will it be solved when it gets stronger or do i have to keep holding it in? And if its body fats, what type of cardio should i do?

Spot reducing is notoriously difficult.

Abs exercise could help to shed fat, as exercising creates a Metabolic environment to burn calories / Fat.

However diet looks the likely cause.

What's diet like? Meals? Times?

I haven't been really taking care of what i eat, but i am starting to. I eat alot of vegetables and rice, mostly low carbs and some high protein food, like chicken meat. I also drink green tea while eating. 4 meals a day if there's no school. If there is school it's 6 am, 10 am, 2 pm, 6 pm. If there is school it's 10am, 1 pm, 6 pm. Note that i only started this diet for about a week. Before i change diet, i eat high protein food with only rice as carb food to go with it.

I don't understand this. On some days you seem to eat 3 times others 4, and one meal is sometimes an hour later than the other one.

Your meal types are a bit vague as well, I don't have any clear indication of what you eat,

Until I geet a bit more understanding about this, all I can say for now based is, you really need about 5-6 meals a day, to reduce muscle to energy conversion on a daily basis.

About the eating more meals, how should i go about doing it? Should all meals added together equate the same amount i eat per normal or should it be more or less?

Ideally you should be aiming for 5-6 meals every 2.5-3 hours as a general rule of thumb.
