A little help here?
I am a 15 year old , 168cm tall and weighs around 50kg. waist is around 24 inches(the narrowest part of torso, somewhere at the top part of hip bone) and its around 26 inches when its relaxed and 25 inches when i suck gut in. What exercises should i do to get rid of protruding stomach? Do i have it because of weak transversus muscles or do is it because of body fats or any other reasons? Will it be solved when it gets stronger or do i have to keep holding it in? And if its body fats, what type of cardio should i do?
I haven't been really taking care of what i eat, but i am starting to. I eat alot of vegetables and rice, mostly low carbs and some high protein food, like chicken meat. I also drink green tea while eating. 4 meals a day if there's no school. If there is school it's 6 am, 10 am, 2 pm, 6 pm. If there is school it's 10am, 1 pm, 6 pm. Note that i only started this diet for about a week. Before i change diet, i eat high protein food with only rice as carb food to go with it.
I don't understand this. On some days you seem to eat 3 times others 4, and one meal is sometimes an hour later than the other one.kalzion wrote:If there is school it's 6 am, 10 am, 2 pm, 6 pm. If there is school it's 10am, 1 pm, 6 pm.
Your meal types are a bit vague as well, I don't have any clear indication of what you eat,
Until I geet a bit more understanding about this, all I can say for now based is, you really need about 5-6 meals a day, to reduce muscle to energy conversion on a daily basis.
