I understand your gym at college is bad, mine is as well, but it has enough dumb bells, and machines and bars to do the basic and core exercises it's free maybe if you just do it 4 times a week it's better then not doing it at all. Interval Success or Failure?
I am currently 258 lbs starting weight was 286 I do weight training 3-4 times a week. cardio has been a moderate walk and a light jog every x amount of minutes. For an hour and 15 minutes. starting weight was 286, I walk 4.25 miles a day, at a constant speed of 3.3-3.5 @ incline of 3 no more no less.
