Just as Swanson said, take one after your workout and you will be set. I would recommend drinking water with the protein shake instead of milk, water will help with better absorption. After a workout you need that protein quick and by taking it with milk causes it to digest slow

Awesome work man, I basically did the same as you starting off gym 5days a week, and cardio 1 hour a day every day, now I am looking to change it up and try some interval training 20 mins instead and see how that works out.
