So I just thought I'd post results because I am SO HAPPY!

So, at the beginning I was doing 1 hr of cardio everyday and followed by a 20-30 min weight lifting session 5 days a week...Now, bout a month ago I decided to change things up up a bit. I was a lil scsared of decreasing cardio thinkin it would make me stop loosing fat or w/e but to the contrare, ever since I am lifting more like 40-1hr (every other day...and cardio on days off from weight, or sometimes right after lifting hit the treadmill for a 10-15 min HIIT) things are getting better...ALSO Ive increase calories to 1800... weight have gone up to 122

which I am sure its mostly muscle. I can deff see myself more toned. I am sure ive gained some fat tho, since Ive increased calories and all...but anyway...yeaa I am really happy with results...so I just thought Id share them with those females/or even males who are stuck with cardio thinkin its the way to go...while yes cardio is good for the heart and what not but if you do perform it EAT to replace the calories!:):)
