How much fish oil is recomended when someone just starts taking it? I heard to start with 2g per day then up it to 3g after a week or so... is that ok? I eat NO fish and have mild psoriasis - heard the fish oil pills would help.

Protein Shakes

Hey!
A lot of people here talk about taking a protein shake after working out. What are some good recipes for this and what kind of protein should be used? Any other tips to make the shake more beneficial would help too!

Thanks

Chin ups at home

Hey!
How can I do wide grip chins up at home? I got a chin up bar that goes in a door frame but it's not wide enough to get a good grip. Any ideas/products out there?

Thanks!

This is what I've come up with and what I've been doing: Background info: 25 y/o , decent s...
