finding 5rm or 10rm

is there a way to find these without trial and error? like maybe finding 1rm and some sort of of formula to find 5 or 10 rep max. sorry if this a dumb question.

fault, i didnt explain it very well. im going to lift on mon,tue,thur,fri and cadio on wed, and sat. what i was asking was is it ok to do an upper body on tues, and fri because when i was doing the waterbury method it was really hard for me to do sprints after doing calf raises, leg curls, and lung...

im sure it is but, is it ok to switch the upper and lower body days around? id rather do cardio after an upper body day rather than a lower body day.

i wasnt going to try it. im happy with the way diet is now. i just wanted to hear what everyone else thought. it just seems unhealthy to me. thanks for the input though.
