is there a way to find these without trial and error? like maybe finding 1rm and some sort of of formula to find 5 or 10 rep max. sorry if this a dumb question.
it's best to find a 5rm which is about 85% is 1rm...10rm is about 75%...unless your a powerlifter, no one needs to know their 1rm...probably 3rm is better and safer without blowing your nervous system out
