Okay, enough is enough. In January I was hovering around 230 lbs and feeling good. Now I am a hefty 263 lbs and constantly tired and feeling like crap!!! So begins the next chapter of aiming for fitness in this life.

I have figured out that the majority of the weight that's been added is due to overeating rather than poor food. Unfortunately, the majority of body fat is in the region --- very, very bad!
I am still free and clear of cigarettes and can't stand the smell of them at all any more

We're heading into winter here in ontario so i'm trying the home fitness thang as I'm caring for may daughter (except the 2.5 hours in the morning while she's at school) and gyms aren't cheap enough or close enough right now to be considered and option
